F800 Long Stroke Drilling Rig Mud Pump Large Discharge
Introduction
The F800 Drilling Rig Mud Pump is rigid and compacted with excellent performance, which applies to high pump pressure and large discharge for good drilling in oilfields. This F800 Drilling Rig Mud Pump has long stroke ranges and low numbers of strokes so that they can improve the inlet performance of the pump and extend the life of easy-broken parts, besides, the structure of the airbag is advanced and reliable.
Features of the dynamic end: A-gear wheel transmission without slot, alloy steel overall crankshaft, the dynamic end is lubricated with forced and splashed lubricating oil.
The frame of the F800 Drilling Rig Mud Pump is made of welded steel plate and stress relief treated to obtain good rigidity and high strength. The place where the crankshaft bearing is fitted is strengthened by using ribbed plates. The frame is furnished with the necessary oil basin and an oil way system for cooling and lubricating purpose.
